Preserving historic charm while revitalizing modern living
In the prestigious parkland of The Hague, Van Stolkweg 14 stands as a testament to early 20th-century luxury living. Originally designed to provide high-quality green spaces for the city's wealthy elite, this area is renowned for its grand villas and expansive gardens. Van Stolkweg 14, however, was created to offer these same qualities to a broader audience, eventually being repurposed as office space over the decades.
Bringing back residential excellence
Our mission was to restore this building to its original purpose—offering high-quality living spaces while honoring its historical significance. To achieve this, we implemented a comprehensive interior refurbishment and added new structures, including anextension at the rear and lofts on the roof. The result is a modern residential building that respects its past while offering contemporary comforts. A new generation of residents can now enjoy the same qualities that made this location a symbol of refined living over a century ago.
Enhancing urban living
Van Stolkweg 14 is a prime example of our dedication to reviving historic buildings with modern amenities. By carefully integrating new elements with the existing architecture, we have created a residential space that is both functional and rich in character, blending seamlessly into the surrounding park landscape.
