The façade is divided into three distinct sections, each characterized by variations in window size, color, materials, and texture. These harmonious differences create a cohesive whole, reflecting the architectural diversity of Scheveningen.
Respecting the Neighborhood's Character
Toharmonize with the neighborhood's architectural character, the top two floors feature subtle setbacks. These design elements restore a human scale to thebuilding and facilitate better integration with neighboring structures.
Sustainability on several levels
With this building, we aim for sustainability on several levels. For example, we assume low energy consumption and all the materials we we use have a long lifespan. In addition, all building materials can be recyclable so thatthey can be reused for other purposes when the complex is demolished. When the complex is demolished.
