Urban Climate Architects has been asked to realise a new urban residential area on an abandoned site in Groningen's Helpman district. The plan provides for the layout of the site as public space above a shared parking basement, on top of which four to five residential blocks will be built. The plan is based on a preliminary urban design study by MINT architects.
