This project involves a series of adjacent buildings, with most preserved and one set to be replaced by a new structure crafted to complement the historic character of the street, constructed in classic brick.
Enhancing Heritage with Modern Design
The redevelopment will see the addition of new upper floors on one of the buildings, respecting and integrating with the existing architecture. These new levels will provide additional space and a contemporary look, harmonizing with the historical context of the area.
The project includes a mix of functions: the ground floor will house retail spaces, while the upperlevels are designed as residential units. Some of these residences will feature small balconies, offering outdoor space and views of the surroundings.
