From Model to Master Plan
During the research phase, UC Architects a physical model as a design tool. This model helped visualize the integration between building and landscape, and gave direction to the project's sustainable and circular ambitions.
Sustainable and Circular Building with CLT
All apartments are being built in CLT (cross-laminated timber), which ensures a low CO₂ footprint and a healthy indoor climate. Each home has its own outdoor area, with attention to daylight and natural ventilation. This approach highlights the role of architecture in improving the quality of life.
