De Entree (The Entrance) signifies the transformation of Zoetermeer’s current office area into a dynamic urban district, prominently positioned along Afrikaweg. This research project by Urban Climate Architects includes the development of three urban blocks within a lush, park-like environment.
Live,work, and relax in green
Bredewateris meticulously designed to harmonize living, working, and recreational spacesamidst abundant greenery. This innovative integration distinguishes it from other urban districts. The interconnected building blocks are linked by apublic route that weaves through various inner parks and public spaces,creating livable areas at multiple levels.
Sustainableand healthy design
The apartments are crafted with sustainability and health in mind, each offering its own outdoor space. The project emphasizes the use of solid wooden constructions, underscoring its commitment to eco-friendliness.
